A proud Mooresville native with deep, multigenerational roots, Tiffany Mills Moore brings a lifelong connection to the community she serves. A graduate of Mooresville High School and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned her B.A. in Communication Studies, Tiffany began working for a local NASCAR team during the sport’s rise in popularity.
She later built a strong professional foundation in sales, management, and corporate marketing with Bank of America, experience that now gives her clients a strategic edge in today’s competitive real estate market. With a passion for people and a deep understanding of her hometown, Tiffany founded Native Roots Real Estate to offer a more personal, relationship-driven approach to buying and selling.
Tiffany and her husband, Ryan—owner of Finish Line Floor Coatings—are raising their two daughters, Lydia and Scarlett, in the same community she has always called home. For Tiffany, Mooresville isn’t just where she works—it’s where her family’s story lives, grows, and continues. She believes there’s truly no better place to put down roots, and she’s honored to help others do the same.
