SUZY NELSON
NC Realtor/Broker
Born and raised in the Lake Norman area, Suzy has a lifelong connection to the community she serves. She is dedicated to helping clients find their dream home—whether by car or by boat! A graduate of SouthLake Christian Academy, she went on to earn her B.A. in Communication Studies from Appalachian State University.
While in college, Suzy worked part-time as a leasing consultant, which led her into a career in Property Management and sparked her passion for the housing industry. With encouragement from her husband, Chad—a Lake Norman native and owner of Premier Air of Lake Norman—she pursued her real estate license and has never looked back.
In her spare time, Suzy enjoys boating on Lake Norman with Chad and spending time with their two fur babies. They reside in Cornelius and love the lake life. They feel truly blessed to call this area home.
