ABOUT SONYA

Sonya Byrd is a proud North Carolina native and Mooresville High School graduate with deep roots in the Lake Norman community. She earned her degree in Business Administration from Catawba College and has always had a heart for serving others.

Sonya’s professional background is rooted in ministry and nonprofit work, where she’s served in roles including School Age Director, Preschool Director, Family & Guest Experience Director, and Missions Coordinator. These experiences shaped her passion for helping people and guiding them toward their goals.

She and her husband Shane are also the owners of Project 14:8 Home Solutions, where they renovate and flip homes locally, along with owning an Airbnb near Sunset Beach. Her firsthand experience in real estate investing gives her valuable insight when helping clients buy, sell, or invest.

Sonya and Shane are raising their daughters, Gracie, Bella, and Bre, right here in Mooresville. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, serving at their church, and being involved in local and international missions. She feels truly blessed to serve the community she proudly calls home.
