As a Mooresville native, Molly Bell Walls brings strong ties to the community along with a people-first approach to her real estate career. She is a graduate of Mooresville High School and began her career in real estate law at Thomas, Godley & Childers, PA after earning her Paralegal degree.
Molly’s connection to the community runs deep—her children, Parker, Ella, and Sophie, attended Mooresville High School and Pine Lake Prep, and she is the granddaughter of the late Bob Atwell, founder of the beloved Bob’s Grill.
Her professional background spans real estate law, small business ownership as the founder of Fit Avenue, and leadership in behavioral health as a Regional Manager. These experiences shaped her strong communication skills and her passion for helping others.
Today, Molly combines her local knowledge with a people-first approach to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and care. She and her husband, Frankie, are currently building their home in Mooresville, and she truly believes there’s no better place to live.
