A Mooresville native with deep, multigenerational roots, Molly Bell Walls brings lifelong local knowledge to her real estate career. After graduating from Mooresville High School, she earned her Paralegal degree and began her Real Estate Paralegal career at Thomas, Godley & Childers, PA in 2000.
Molly’s ties to the community run strong—her children, Parker, Ella, and Sophie, attended Mooresville High School and Pine Lake Prep, and she is the granddaughter of the late Bob Atwell, founder of the beloved Bob’s Grill.
Her professional experience spans real estate law, small-business ownership as the founder of Fit Avenue, and leadership in behavioral health as a Regional Manager. These roles strengthened her communication skills, adaptability, and passion for helping others.
Today, Molly combines her legal background, local expertise, and people-first approach to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and care. She and her husband, Frankie, are currently building their own home in Mooresville—further affirming her belief that there’s truly no better place to live.
